Job summary

Cast AI is seeking a founding customer-facing engineer for Kimchi, our flagship product, within the Customer Success organization. You will drive multi-model LLM workflows with governance and cost controls at customer sites, and enable teams to implement strict budget caps and policy enforcement.

This hands-on role blends inference optimization, autonomous coding agents, and matrix routing. You will architect growth strategies for Kimchi adoption and help expand revenue with existing customers.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs deployment, fine-tuning, or debugging failure modes.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving environments with frequent changes.
• In-depth understanding of latency, throughput and total cost of ownership in inference systems.
• Ability to explain complex inference concepts to non-ML engineers.
• Commercial thinking to identify revenue expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on demos of Kimchi Coding, Studio and Teleport.
• Set up Kimchi Studio workspaces within customer environments and configure integrations.
• Design and implement governance policies for customers and enforce budget caps.
• Integrate Kimchi’s serverless inference API and optimize routing for workloads.
• Translate customer feedback into product input and identify governance gaps.
