Job summary

Atlassian is hiring a CSA (AI focus) to join the Customer Success Architect team in the UK, delivering time-boxed, co-built AI engagements. You will enable enterprise customers to move from pilot to production, designing and deploying Rovo agents and third-party connectors.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale impact and adoption. The role requires 3–5 years in Customer Success or enterprise SaaS, strong AI/platform experience, and a product-minded, communicative approach to

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Customer Success or account management with enterprise SaaS experience.
• Hands-on with AI platforms and Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Rovo).
• Experience building AI agents and integrations, production deployment.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Discover high-value AI opportunities with customer teams.
• Co-build Rovo agents and configure connectors with customers.
• Guide sandbox to production deployments and ensure measurable adoption.
• Collaborate with Account Teams and CSMs on activation journeys.
• Advocate with product/engineering teams to improve adoption processes.
• Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally for events and meetings.
