Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AI Process Forward Deployed Engineer based in the United Kingdom to lead enterprise deployments of AI-powered process automation. You will own customer deployments from setup to measurable improvement and handoff, working across Java services and React interfaces while configuring platforms and debugging integrations.

You will collaborate with engineering, architecture, and customer stakeholders, driving adoption and creating repeatable deployment playbooks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering software in enterprise production environments.
• Strong software engineering to debug integrations and configure platform clusters.
• Experience with Java-based services and React interfaces or similar stacks.
• Practical production experience with AI-powered applications and agent testing.
• Ability to explain complex BPMN workflows to technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment journeys from initial workflow to production.
• Achieve operational workflows with measurable improvement during deployments.
• Build and customize product capabilities, agents, and integrations.
• Configure platform environments, clusters, and enterprise integrations.
• Develop custom agents and address real-world deployment limitations.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and customer teams for adoption.
• Document best practices and create reusable deployment patterns.
• Train customer teams for ongoing operation and handoff.
• Provide engineering insights back to product development.
• Occasional travel to support engagements.
