• Proven experience as Paid Media Manager or similar.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and SEM/PPC.
• Experience managing large accounts and delivering growth.
• Strong analytical skills with GA4 and Excel.
• Experience with automation, AI tools, or scripts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, optimise and report on paid media campaigns across multiple markets.
• Own paid search strategy and performance for your markets.
• Collaborate with local marketing teams to align channel strategies with market growth objectives.
• Analyse campaign and business performance, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Lead campaign measurement, tracking and reporting, ensuring stakeholders have visibility of performance and opportunities.
• Drive continuous optimisation through audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget management and testing.
• Design and evaluate testing programmes, including incrementality testing, in partnership with data teams.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and platform partners.
• Leverage automation, AI tools and scalable processes to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities within the paid media landscape.
