Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead agile customer-success delivery across London and remote environments. You will drive planning, governance, and benefits realization while coordinating internal resources and external partners.

You will mentor a Business Analyst and a Customer Engineer, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and delivery momentum in a fast-paced Insurtech setting. Experience in AI/Data Science products is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Agile project management, delivering complex initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, addressing challenges proactively.
• Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of technology and its applications, especially in AI/Data Science products.
• Continuous learning mindset, staying abreast of industry trends in Agile practices.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team follows internal delivery best practices.
• Communicate across technical and non-technical boundaries to build trust.
• Optimize team flow, address issues, and grow agile capabilities.
• Lead continual planning including post-launch support and benefits realization.
• Identify and rectify issues in team dynamics and align work with product vision.
• Contribute to different phases of product delivery with Customer Success and Product Lead.
• Manage a Business Analyst and a Customer Engineer.
• Build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders for ongoing engagement.
