BiGDUG Ltd. (UK) is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to shape and grow the affiliate channel across our ecommerce brands. You will balance strategic planning with day-to-day programme management and manage partner relationships to drive commercial performance.

You’ll lead affiliate growth across content, cashback, loyalty, and influencer partners, using data to maximise profitable growth and revenue across campaigns and platforms.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Data-driven decision-making and ability to optimise campaigns.

• Lead Affiliate Growth across our ecommerce brands.
• Build and onboard high-quality affiliate partnerships (content, cashback, loyalty, voucher, influencer).
• Drive performance using data and market opportunities to maximise profitable growth.
• Own affiliate channel revenue metrics (revenue, ROI, CPA, AOV, cost of sale).
• Plan and deliver campaigns around trading periods and product launches.
• Identify opportunities to improve partner performance and promotions.
• Negotiate commissions and premium placements with partners.
• Validate sales monthly across affiliate platforms and data sources.
• Collaborate with networks and technology partners on tracking and payments.
• Ensure traffic quality and brand compliance.
