• Oversee internal tools to keep tasks on track and aligned with KPIs.
• Onboard new clients and ensure contracts/SOWs are processed promptly.
• Prepare documents, decks, and presentations for meetings.
• Coordinate multiple projects across streams, ensuring timelines and budgets.
