Job summary

Prop Firm Match is seeking an Affiliate Manager for a fully remote role based in the United Kingdom. You will map priority regions, source and qualify affiliates, and manage deals end-to-end from outreach to activation and the first performance review.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in affiliate or partnerships, fluent English, and comfort with AI-driven automation and contract tools like Docusign and Calendly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in affiliate/partnerships (ownership of deal sourcing and negotiation)
• Fluent professional English
• Experience building or using small automations to improve outreach, tracking, or reporting
• Familiarity with contract tools (Docusign/Calendly) and common collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack)

Responsibilities

• Map priority regions and target accounts with the Head of Owned Media
• Source and qualify affiliates based on audience fit and potential
• Manage outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and first performance review
• Re-engage or exit partners based on contribution and fit
• Negotiate commission structures, fees, placements, and tracking requirements
• Document terms and coordinate approvals, contracts, and handoffs
• Review underperforming deals and advise on renewal or exit
• Set tracking and attribution requirements and verify reports
