FreeAgent Ltd. is seeking a Software Trainer - Accounting for a remote UK role that blends pre-sales technical work with post-sales implementation.

You will support with solution scoping, design workflows, and tailor product demonstrations to win large-scale practice opportunities and enterprise deals. During implementation you’ll oversee onboarding, create SOPs, deliver staff training, and manage client migrations to FreeAgent, collaborating with Sales, Account Management and Product

Qualifications

• Qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience accountant or bookkeeper.
• Familiarity with large national UK accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Technical Discovery & Solution Design: Partner with sales team to conduct deep-dive operational discovery.
• Tailored Product Demonstrations: Deliver demonstrations to senior practice partners and IT directors.
• Objection Handling & Scoping: Address technical or security objections; advise on integrations and data flows.
• Practice Workflow Architecture: Design standardised onboarding and client workflows for FreeAgent.
• Implementation Project Management: Oversee end-to-end onboarding for large practices; manage plans and risks.
• Client Migration Strategy: Guide bulk data migration activities with templates and validation.
• Structured Onboarding & Upskilling: Create and deliver tailored training sessions for staff and managers.
• Best-Practice Toolkits: Build onboarding playbooks and training assets.
• Internal Voice of the Practice: Collect requirements and feedback for product enhancements.
• Continuous Improvement: Share wins and lessons learned with teams for process and skill-ups.
