Job summary

Caseware is seeking a Consultant in Professional Services to lead end-to-end implementations of Caseware accounting and assurance solutions, owning delivery from initiation through go-live. You will be the primary solution expert on client engagements, translating business needs into scalable Caseware configurations and mentoring Associate Consultants.

This is a new, full-time permanent role reporting to the Director, Professional Services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of external audit, assurance, or accounting in a professional services firm.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Caseware configurations.
• Experience providing consultative guidance to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Caseware accounting and assurance solutions from initiation to go-live.
• Act as the primary solution authority for client engagements on Caseware functionality.
• Translate requirements into scalable, compliant Caseware configurations.
• Manage client relationships and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve offerings.
• Mentor associates and provide delivery oversight on engagements.
• Deliver client training and change management activities.
• Support pre-sales, proposals, and effort estimation for implementations.
