Job summary

FreeAgent Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Software Trainer - Accounting to help large national practices adopt FreeAgent.

The role blends pre-sales technical work with post-sales implementation, delivering tailored demonstrations and guiding onboarding. You will design SOPs, manage end-to-end migrations, train staff, and collaborate with Sales, Account Management and Product Engineering to ensure successful adoption across remote UK operations.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or bookkeeper, or qualified by experience.
• Operational familiarity with large national UK accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Technical Discovery & Solution Design with sales team.
• Tailored product demonstrations to senior practice partners and IT directors.
• Overcome objections & scope integrations, data flows and feasibility.
• Design standardised workflows and onboarding SOPs for practice clients.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and client migrations to FreeAgent.
• Coordinate training sessions for staff, bookkeepers and client managers.
• Capture recurring technical requirements for feedback to product teams.
• Provide regular updates to implementation and sales teams for knowledge sharing.
