Job summary

INTO University Partnerships is seeking an Academic Operations Officer to support the delivery of qualifications from development through to award. This remote role requires occasional UK travel and a proactive, detail‑driven approach to ensure robust, reliable processes.

You’ll streamline processes and coordinate assessment materials and writers, including tracking submissions, checking documentation and following up deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in academic or education administration or operations with understanding of assessment processes.
• Strong organisational skills to manage projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with confidence in presenting and training.
• Collaborative approach to build and maintain relationships across teams and centres.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Streamline processes and support coordination of assessment materials and assessment writers, including tracking submissions and following up deadlines.
• Support assessment windows, issue transcripts and report results.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure centres and learners receive excellent service.
