Job summary

INTO Qualifications is seeking an Academic Operations Officer to support the end-to-end delivery of qualifications, from development to award. The role focuses on robust processes, tight deadlines, and high-quality outcomes across assessment materials, windows, transcripts and reporting.

You will balance multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency, using MS Office and data reporting to communicate clearly with colleagues and centres. Remote with UK travel, permanent full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience in academic or education administration or operations, with an understanding of assessment processes and confidence using IT systems.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and confidence in presenting and training.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across teams and centres.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Streamline processes and coordinate assessment materials and assessment writers, including tracking submissions and deadlines.
• Support assessment windows, issue transcripts and report results.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure centres and learners receive excellent service.
