Job summary

Nottingham University Business School on Jubilee Campus is seeking a Senior Operations Officer to deliver high‑level administrative support for assessment administration, academic appeals, complaints, misconduct and extenuating circumstances across taught programmes.

You will work within established procedures to provide a range of services, triage questions from staff and students, and support the School’s Examination Officers. The role offers hybrid working and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Be able to work within established procedures to provide a range of services to agreed standards.
• Triage staff and student questions on assessments and academic integrity.
• Assist Examinations Officers as required.

Responsibilities

• Triage school staff and student questions on matters relating to assessments and academic integrity.
• Provide professional administrative support for assessment administration, appeals, complaints and extenuating circumstances.
