Job summary

Liberty Music PR is seeking a results-driven A&R Outbound Sales Representative to join on a remote, freelance basis. You will prospect, pitch, and close deals with artists, labels, and managers, building a personal pipeline and hitting monthly targets.

No music-industry background is required — you’ll learn the ropes and focus on closing while you run your day like a small business on your schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience — outbound, cold-calling, or lead-generation heavy.
• A genuine track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
• Comfortable bringing up price early and closing without hand-holding.
• Resilient and thick-skinned — you can take rejection and keep dialing.
• Self-motivated and able to run your own day with no manager looking over your shoulder.
• Strong communication skills — you can build rapport fast and read a room quickly.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Based in the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and Qualify — Build your pipeline from scratch using platforms like Spotify, YouTube, and social media.
• Pitch and Close — Run outbound outreach and pitch calls, and close deals with artists, labels, and managers.
• Handle Objections — Navigate price/value pushback and move a prospect to a signed deal.
• Manage Your Own Pipeline — Keep your CRM accurate and up to date, track your numbers.
• Client Relationship Management — After closing, be the main contact for ongoing business.
• Team Coordination — Communicate client needs to the team for smooth delivery.
• Stay Sharp — Learn what works in press, radio, playlisting, and TikTok to sell smarter.
