The role covers Key Stages 3 and 4, with a focus on delivering thought-provoking lessons and promoting inclusion. The contract is temporary and ongoing, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Religious Education within a secondary school setting.
• Strong understanding of world religions, ethics and philosophy.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create a positive, well-managed classroom.
• DBS with Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Commitment to helping every student achieve their potential.
