Job summary

Fairfield House in Ludlow is seeking enthusiastic care staff to support residents in the home and in the community. You will assist at meal times, help teach life skills, plan activities and provide personal care.

Previous experience in a similar setting is useful, but full training is provided. You must be 18+ years old, have a driving licence, and be willing to undertake training to develop within the role.

• The ability to work under pressure in challenging circumstances.
• Driving Licence.
• An ability to identify and undertake any training necessary to develop within the role.
• Basic ICT skills.

• Support residents within the home and in the community, including at meal times, teaching life skills, planning and carrying out activities, as well as supporting with personal care.
• Contribute to enriching the lives of vulnerable adults.

Job description

Salary: £12.95 - £13.19ph (dependant on qualifications and experience)

Shifts from 7:15am – 9.45pm

Fairfield House is linked to the parent site of Winslow Court, near Bromyard and specialises in the care of adults with severe learning difficulties, including associated challenging behaviours.

The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic care staff to support our residents within the home and out in the community. This can mean supporting at meal times, teaching life skills, planning and carrying out activities as well as supporting with personal care.
