Thera Trust is seeking a Relief Support Worker to support adults with learning disabilities and/or autism across our services. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and help people engage with their local community.
No two shifts are the same, and you will receive full training and ongoing support to develop your skills. This 0-hour contract offers complete flexibility to fit around your lifestyle, with an immediate interview and quick start date subject to checks.

As a Relief Support Worker, you'll work across our services, supporting adults with a learning disability and/or autism to live independent, fulfilling lives. You'll receive full training, ongoing support and the opportunity to gain valuable experience within social care, while making a genuine difference every day. No two shifts are the same, offering a varied and rewarding role where you can develop your skills and build meaningful relationships with the people you support.
You will support individualswith all aspects of daily living, promoting independence and choice. This includes shopping, meal preparation, attending appointments, swimming, days out, cinema trips, social events, hobbies, and helping them access their local community while encouraging them to achieve their personal goals.
You will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will help create innovative ways to support individuals to achieve their personal goals, aims and ambitions. The support you provide will vary depending on the needs of the people you support because everyone is different.
