The SENAD Group is seeking enthusiastic care staff to support residents at Fairfield House near Bromyard and in the community. You will assist with meals, teach life skills, plan activities and provide personal care. This rewarding role offers the chance to enrich the lives of adults with complex needs.

Fairfield House is linked to the parent site of Winslow Court, near Bromyard and specialises in the care of adults with severe learning difficulties, including associated challenging behaviours.
We are seeking enthusiastic care staff to support our residents within the home and out in the community. This can mean supporting at meal times, teaching life skills, planning and carrying out activities as well as supporting with personal care. This is a rewarding role which offers a chance to enrich the lives of vulnerable adults.
Previous experience in a similar setting is useful but full training is provided. As long as you have good values and a natural respect for the dignity and individuality of our residents.
