Bridgewell is Hightown Housing Association Ltd's new supported living service where adults with learning disabilities are supported to live confidently and independently in a warm, respectful environment. Our team works closely together to provide personalised, compassionate care that empowers each person to make their own choices and feel included in daily life.

We are looking for Assistant Support Workers who bring kindness, reliability and a calm, positive approach.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one sleep-in per week is required with an additional £52.78 per sleep-in.
• Essential: hold a full UK driving licence (manual) and a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
• Shifts include weekends/bank holidays: 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, 2pm-10pm.

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care, medication, daily tasks.
• Assist with community activities and help individuals stay safe in unexpected situations.
• Provide compassionate, personalised care and empower people to make choices.
