Job summary

Senad Group is looking for a compassionate Residential Support Worker in Bromyard to provide support to young adults with learning disabilities. You will help ensure a safe, supportive environment and deliver personal care alongside engaging activities.

The role requires a valid driving license and a good sense of humour. Benefits include paid training, free meals during shifts, and a mileage allowance for those travelling over 14 miles to work.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential support or similar field is preferred.
• Ability to handle challenging behaviours and support mental health.
• Compassionate attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

Hours

08:00 - 20:30, Friday, Saturday & Sunday (37.5 hours per week)

Winslow Court

Winslow Court provides residential support for young adults aged 18 years and over who have a severe learning disability, autism, communication difficulties, challenging behaviours, mental health and other complex needs.

About the role

We are looking to add to our kind, caring and compassionate Residential Support Worker team. If successful you will join them in supporting the residents within the home and out in the community. Every day is different, we have themed evenings and lunches, keep fit groups as well as lots of events and activities.
