The SENAD Group is seeking enthusiastic care staff to support residents at Fairfield House near Bromyard and in the community. Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work under pressure in challenging circumstances.
• Valid driving licence.
• Willingness to identify and undertake any training necessary to develop within the role.
• Basic ICT skills.

Responsibilities

• Support residents within the home and out in the community.
• Assist with meal times, teaching life skills, planning and carrying out activities.
• Provide personal care support as required.
