As a Relief Support Worker, you’ll step in to support individuals with daily lifeeverything from helping with personal care, supporting with household tasks, and encouraging people to pursue hobbies, work or education. This isn’t just a fill-in roleit’s a vital part of how we support people to live independently, with dignity and choice. You’ll follow personalised support plans and, where needed, work alone to provide one-to-one care in a way that fits each person’s needs.

• SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or a willingness to work towards it)
