Mencap is seeking Relief Support Workers to join our team in Glemsford, Sudbury.
This role requires you to be a driver.
As a Relief Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support, playing a vital role in their lives.

Shift times:
All our services provide 24-hour care. We prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social life.
Sleep-in duties: A non-contractual sleep-in option is available, with an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
