Mencap is seeking Relief Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Southampton.
As a Relief Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. Your role involves supporting a diverse group of people, each with unique abilities and needs.
Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support, playing a vital role in their well-being.

Shift times:
All our services provide 24-hour care. We prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social life.
There is also a non-contractual sleep-in option available, with an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
