Derbyshire County Council is seeking Relief Senior Care Workers to join our Specialist Dementia Services team, providing cover across Residential, Day and Night Services at Oakland Residential Community Care Centre. You will lead care teams, embody best practice in dementia care, and promote dignity and independence for residents.

This flexible Relief (Bank/Casual) role requires warm, skilled care professionals with strong communication and safeguarding awareness.

• Experience working in health and social care.
• Experience supporting people living with dementia.
• Experience supervising or leading staff teams.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Committed to delivering outstanding person-centred care.
• Good understanding of safeguarding and promoting welfare of vulnerable adults.
