Responsibilities

• Be pro-active to ensure expected standards of the Combined Authority bus stations and staff.
• Respond to incidents, situations, problems as soon as possible.
• Monitor for safety and accessibility, and move on buskers, beggars, and rough sleepers.
• Provide local transport information to station users.
