• Respond to incidents and problems promptly.
• Prevent acts that may offend patrons and monitor safety.
• Move on buskers, beggars, rough sleepers; manage antisocial behaviour.
• Prevent cyclists from riding or chaining bikes on premises.
• Provide local transport information to station users.
• Build positive relationships with client and stakeholders.
• Address client queries and keep Contract Security Manager informed.
• Keep uniform clean and in good condition.
