Securitas UK is seeking a Relief Mobile Patrol Officer in the Hethersett area to protect client sites and assets. You will perform mobile patrols, locks/unlocks, alarm responses and inspections while delivering high levels of customer service.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid SIA licence, a UK manual driving licence, and be available for days, nights and weekends. English proficiency and a professional attitude are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide mobile security services including patrols, lock/unlock of properties, alarm responses and inspections.
• Complete vehicle handovers and checks at shift start/end.
• Ensure safety and security of personnel, property and equipment.
• Follow key management and incident escalation procedures per site instructions.
• Maintain a visible, reassuring presence and deliver excellent customer service.

Pay: £13.45 per hour
Hours: Guaranteed 12 hours per week: Working days, nights & weekends

As a Relief Mobile Patrol Officer, you will play a vital role in protecting our clients' people, property, and assets across a variety of sites. Covering a designated geographical area, you will carry out a range of security services including lock and unlock procedures, mobile patrols, alarm responses, vacant property inspections, and customer-focused support, ensuring the highest levels of safety and security are maintained

Job Description

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Provides a variety of mobile security services including but not limited to locks, unlocks, patrols both external and internal, alarm response, vacant property inspections, escort services etc
• Complete vehicle handovers and checks at the beginning and end of shift
• Always ensure security of the company vehicle and all equipment
• Ensure the correct key management process is followed when removing and replacing keys
• Ensure the correct escalation process is followed on discovery of an incident, break-ins, health and safety issues, road traffic accident etc
• Escalation to the Team Leader reference incidents, risk, breakdowns and RTAs. (RTAs to reported in line with company policy)
• Ensure all assignments are always completed in line with the site’s assignment instructions
