Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Relief Logistics Security Officer to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a safe environment across regional sites in and around Liverpool. A current SIA licence is preferable, with training potential for licence upgrading as needed.

You should have a full 5-year checkable history and be prepared for patrols, CCTV monitoring, and liaison with depot management. Competitive benefits and paid breaks offered in a security-focused role.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver industry-leading customer service
• Conduct depot patrols
• Provide a visible security presence for staff, contractors and visitors
• Utilise CCTV systems to reduce crime and stock loss
• Liaise with depot management teams
• Deter theft both internal and external
• Conduct searches as discussed at interview
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with client, emergency services or depot manager
• Highlight breaches of security procedures
• Assist with site access and egress
• Perform gatehouse duties and support transport operations
• Maintain basic PC skills

Relief Logistics Security Officer

Pay rate: £13.23

Various Shifts: Days, nights, weekends (to be discussed at interview)

Job Overview:

Mitie is looking for a Relief Logistics security officer who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst creating a safe environment, free from the fear of crime for visitors and colleagues.

It is preferable that you hold a current SIA licence or SIA Certificates (but in some circumstances training for a licence can be provided)

Vetting

It is vital that you have a full 5-year checkable employment/education history, failure to do so could mean your offer will be withdrawn or your employment stopped.

Main duties:

• To deliver industry leading customer service
• To conduct patrols of the depot
• To provide a visible security contact for colleagues, contractors, and visitors
• Utilising CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss
• Liaise with the depot management teams
• To deter theft, whether internal and/or external and other poor working practices
• To conduct Searches (to be discussed at interview)
• To respond to any on site incident or request for assistance and assume control until arrival of the Client, Emergency Services or Depot Duty Manager
• To highlight all breaches of security procedures including internal and external crime
• Support with access and egress to and from the site as is required by the systems installed
• Gatehouse duties which will include booking in vehicles and supporting the transport operation (to be discussed at interview)
• Must have reasonable level of PC skills
