Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Relief Security Officer to support a busy logistics site in Knottingley, West Yorkshire. The role is temporary relief covering holidays, sickness and vacancies, with shifts varying to meet business needs.

You will contribute to a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff, visitors and drivers. You will handle visitor and contractor entry, gatehouse duties, incident reporting and general security duties while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-moving

Qualifications

Pay Rate: £12.84 per hour

Mitie is looking for reliable, adaptable individuals to join our security operations at a busy logistics site in Knottingley.

This is a temporary relief position providing cover for holidays, sickness, vacancies, and additional operational requirements. Shifts and hours will vary based on business needs, offering an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking flexible work within a professional security environment.

The Role

Desirable

• Previous security experience
• Gatehouse or reception experience
