Job summary

Depaul is a cross-border charity supporting marginalised individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Castlehill provides temporary accommodation and low‑to‑medium intensity support to residents with complex needs, helping them gain skills and move toward sustainable housing.

You will join a multi‑disciplinary team, acting as a first point of contact, assisting with meals, laundry, and daily tasks, and maintaining records while supporting residents to achieve personal goals.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 GCSEs A-C to include Maths and English or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for service users, agencies, contractors, visitors etc. Ensuring a warm, professional, welcoming and engagement.
• Support service users with day-to-day needs such as meals, laundry and general upkeep of living spaces.
• Maintain service users records and ensure timely, accurate communication with colleagues.
• Assist case workers to meet service users' needs as identified by support plans and safety wellbeing management plans.
• Ensure Health and Safety standards are met and complete building checks.
