Job summary

Depaul is hiring at Castlehill to provide person‑centred support for residents in temporary accommodation in Dungannon. You will assess risk, build individual support plans, and work with external agencies to secure housing, health and wellbeing outcomes.

We value compassionate practice, safeguarding, and clear documentation. The role includes outreach, team collaboration, and ongoing development within a supportive charity environment.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 qualification in health and social care or equivalent.
• At least 2 years paid experience with vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness.
• 3 formal qualifications at Level 2 including Math and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide service user support in a professional and respectful manner.
• Assess safety and wellbeing needs and develop plans to address risks.
• Develop support plans in partnership with service users and adapt as needs change.
• Support users to engage with services, stabilize, and move into accommodation.
• Advocate for service users to achieve the best outcomes and build trusted relationships.
• Carry out admin tasks and maintain client records; monitor health and safety checks.
