Job summary

Depaul, Stella Maris in Belfast, is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Reception and Building Support Worker to join a multi‑disciplined team. You will handle daily reception, assist service users, support case workers, and ensure health and safety, with a 35‑hour week on varied night shifts.

Qualifications

• GCSEs A-C including Maths and English or equivalent.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good IT skills and ability to record client information.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and risk management processes.
• Ability to compile and present accurate written and electronic reports.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for service users and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
• Support service users with day-to-day practical needs such as meals, laundry and space upkeep.
• Maintain service user records and communicate with colleagues effectively.
• Assist case workers with activities aligned to support plans and wellbeing.
• Ensure Health and Safety standards are met and building checks are completed.
