Job summary

Chef Results Limited in Lincoln and surrounding areas is seeking Relief Chefs to cover hotels, restaurants, pubs and care homes. Flexible roles from Chef de Partie to Head Chef depending on the property and your skills.

DBS checks are required for care home work. Applicants should have experience at Sous Chef level or higher, with the ability to work quickly in fast-paced kitchens using fresh produce. Transport is not essential but advantageous.

Job description

Hotels, Restaurants, Pubs and Care Homes in Lincoln and the surrounding areas are seeking Relief Chefs.

Flexible chefs who are able to work in a variety of properties sometimes at short notice. You may be working from Chef de Partie to Head Chef level, depending on your skills and the requirement of the property you will be working at.

We also have a number of care home contracts in this region which require Relief Chefs who have DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks in order to work in their kitchens. There is plenty of year round work available with these.

Requirements:

Chefs who have worked to at least Sous Chef level with excellent all round cooking skills capable of jumping on any section and used to working in fast paced kitchens with all fresh produce.

It is not essential to have your own transport but it is advantageous.

In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
