Job summary

Chef Results Limited in West Cumbria is seeking relief chefs to support hotels, gastro pubs, restaurants and care homes across Ravenglass and surrounding areas. Flexible roles available across Chef de Partie to Head Chef levels, depending on property needs.

Applicants should have worked to Sous Chef level, be capable in fast-paced kitchens with fresh produce, hold a DBS check or be willing to obtain one, and have access to their own transport. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Hotels, gastro pubs, restaurants and care homes in Ravenglass and the surrounding West Cumbrian area are seeking Relief Chefs.

Flexible chefs who are able to work in a variety of properties, sometimes at short notice. You may be working from Chef de Partie to Head Chef level, depending on your skills and the requirement of the property you will be working at.

We have a number of care homes in this region which require Relief Chefs who have DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks in order to work in their kitchens. There is plenty of year-round work available with these.

Requirements:

• Chefs who have worked to at least Sous Chef level with excellent all-round cooking skills, capable of jumping on any section and used to working in fast-paced kitchens with all fresh produce
• Chefs with DBS checks or who are willing to get one are in high demand
• It is essential that you have access to your own transport
