Riverside is seeking a Relief Worker to deliver high-quality, customer-focused support in our housing and care environment in Washington. You will work under the scheme manager to assist customers with daily living, promoting dignity, wellbeing and independence.

The role requires flexibility to cover shifts and strong communication with customers and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have compassion, patience, and empathy, a team-oriented attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality
