Job summary

Avante Care & Support is opening Malling Grange, our brand-new luxury care home in West Malling, opening Autumn 2026. You will join as a Care & Support Assistant, helping residents live happy, fulfilling lives with compassionate care and support for independence.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided; no prior care experience is required. Relief hours are available with flexible patterns, DBS and uniform provided.

Job Introduction

Care & Support Assistant – New Care Home Opening Autumn 2026

Malling Grange Care Home, West Malling
£13.20 - £13.40 per hour
Relief Hours Available
Interviews in September | Start in October 2026

Please note: Whilst Malling Grange is being prepared for opening, successful applicants will initially work at Pilgrims View, 19 Roberts Road, Snodland, ME6 5HL, before transferring to Malling Grange when the home opens.

Designed around luxurious interiors and modern care technology, Malling Grange will offer spacious en-suite bedrooms, elegant lounges, a café/bistro, cinema, hair salon, landscaped gardens, wellbeing spaces and four individually themed care suites.

As a Care & Support Assistant, you'll help residents live happy, fulfilling lives by providing compassionate care, promoting independence, supporting wellbeing and creating meaningful connections every day.

No previous care experience? No problem. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
