Avante Care & Support is opening Malling Grange Care Home in West Malling and seeking a Care & Support Assistant to join the opening team. The role offers opportunities to work at Malling Grange from Autumn 2026 with full training and support, and starts at £13.20–£13.40 per hour across full-time, part-time and relief hours.

Interviews in September 2026 ahead of the October 2026 start, at Malling Grange’s launch.
