Job summary

Guardian Glass in Goole, UK, is seeking a Reliability and Maintenance Manager to lead planning and execution across our production lines. You will build a high-performing team, advance proactive maintenance, and improve asset reliability while ensuring safety standards and strong collaboration with Operations and Engineering.

You will report to site leadership and shape maintenance strategy, CMMS/EAM workflows and performance reviews to deliver reliable operations and continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Practical understanding of maintenance, reliability and asset performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability and maintenance planning across production lines.

• Provide coaching and performance management for the maintenance team.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Maintenance for best practice.
