Job summary

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Retford, UK, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the site maintenance function, ensuring a safe, compliant and reliable working environment. You will provide leadership and technical support to the maintenance team and prioritize planned and reactive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

You will collaborate with operations and engineering to drive improvements, manage budgets and oversee asset care, spares and maintenance

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in engineering or maintenance desirable.
• Proven experience in maintenance leadership and reliability management.
• Experience with planned and reactive maintenance, asset management and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team with clear priorities and safe practices.
• Develop and review planned and preventative maintenance schedules to maintain machinery and site services.
• Oversee reactive repairs to minimise downtime and protect product quality.
• Own asset management activities including equipment condition, records and lifecycle planning.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers for planned work and improvements.
• Support equipment upgrades and project activity with engineering and operations.
