Job summary

Guardian Glass in Goole, East Yorkshire, UK is seeking a Reliability and Maintenance Manager to lead planning and execution across production lines. The role drives a proactive, reliability-focused approach and builds a high-performing team within a modern, 24/7 manufacturing site.

You will partner with Operations to improve equipment reliability and safety. The successful candidate will have a relevant engineering or reliability qualification and experience in a 24/7 environment, with CMMS/EAM

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the reliability team with coaching and feedback.
• Transform reactive maintenance to proactive, planned work.
• Strengthen collaboration between Operations, Engineering and Maintenance.
• Lead maintenance strategy, CMMS/EAM work management, preventive/condition-based care.
• Use data and root-cause analysis to improve equipment availability.
• Ensure safety culture and compliant maintenance activities.
