Job summary

THG Ingenuity Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Lead to safeguard uptime across our fulfilment operations.

You will shape the maintenance strategy, lead reliability-focused activity and drive continuous improvement with TPM, RCA, RCM and FMEA. You will manage weekly/monthly planning, coordinate outages, analyse CMMS data and mentor the team to improve equipment availability while partnering with Engineering and Facilities.

Qualifications

• Time-served engineer with at least an HND qualification.
• 3+ years in engineering management or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills; team experience preferred.
• Experience with maintenance planning systems and CMMS.
• IOSH qualification or equivalent health and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the site’s maintenance strategy.
• Lead TPM, RCA, RCM and FMEA for reliability.
• Deliver monthly improvement plans to boost reliability.
• Use CMMS data to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions.
• Coordinate live plant issue responses and manage risk.
• Own weekly and monthly maintenance planning and backlog management.
• Monitor and report KPIs to stakeholders.
• Coordinate planned maintenance outages and engineering events.
• Develop team capability in asset knowledge and maintenance processes.
• Support engineering excellence across your areas.
• Manage Permits to Work and risk assessments.
• Oversee third-party maintenance contracts and budgeting.
• Deputise for the Engineering Manager when required.
