Pioneer Selection Ltd is actively seeking a experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a highly automated manufacturing site in Leicester. You will manage and develop the engineering team while remaining hands-on to fault-find and maintain equipment.

The role focuses on reliability, continuous improvement and maximising production uptime, offering a clear path to make a significant impact within FMCG manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership or management experience in an engineering/maintenance environment.
• Hands-on engineering background combining electrical and mechanical skills.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent engineering qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the engineering and maintenance team.
• Oversee planned preventative, reactive and breakdown maintenance.
• Remain hands-on supporting with electrical and mechanical fault-finding.
