Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is partnering with a fast-paced manufacturing site in Leicester to recruit a Maintenance Manager. You will lead and develop the engineering and maintenance team, stay hands-on for electrical/mechanical fault-finding, and drive reliability improvements to maximise uptime and safety.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in engineering/maintenance environments.
• Strong hands-on electrical and mechanical fault-finding capabilities.
• Experience leading and developing an engineering team in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the engineering and maintenance team.
• Oversee planned preventative, reactive and breakdown maintenance.
• Remain hands-on to support with electrical and mechanical fault-finding.
• Drive engineering standards, reliability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure production downtime is minimised.
• Work with Production to improve site performance.
• Promote a strong health & safety culture across engineering.
