Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc Edmonton Operations seeks a Reliability Engineer to partner with the Asset Care Planner. The role focuses on analysing equipment performance, moving beyond check-and-inspect to measure-and-compare against standards.

You will plan and execute 6-year life plans, oversee budgets, drives RCA coaching, and support asset care improvements across seven lines. You will work with production leadership to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient plant operations, including

Qualifications

• Ability to translate maintenance strategy into actionable plans.
• Experience using reliability tools and techniques to improve asset care.
• Strong collaboration with production, maintenance planners and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve equipment performance in a 24/7 factory environment.
• Plan, schedule and execute maintenance plans including major overhauls.
• Lead reliability improvement sessions using failure data and OEM inputs.
• Manage safety standards and ensure QESH compliance by CCEP and contractors.
• Coach Technicians to maximise team performance and development.
• Oversee spare parts warehouse with emphasis on high rotation and safety stocks.
• Support investment projects and new initiatives in engineering.
