Job summary

PepsiCo UK is seeking an engineer to lead predictive maintenance and condition monitoring across manufacturing sites. You will supervise vibration monitoring, thermography, and lubrication programs to improve asset reliability and availability.

You’ll analyze data, liaison with shift teams, and drive improvements through the Reliability framework. The role requires hands-on experience with rotating equipment, RCA skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Time served engineer with mechanical/electrical discipline.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment such as pumps, bearings, gearboxes and motors.
• Industrial experience in a food manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Computer literacy with Word, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist the engineering shift and support teams in Reliability Analysis and RCA of failures.
• Supervise condition monitoring using fixed and remote systems and report abnormalities.
• Generate periodic CBM surveys and progress reports.
• Provide advanced CBM support and direction across the site.
• Interpret vibration data for RCA using real-time and historical data.
