Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc in Enfield seeks a Reliability Engineer to analyse and improve equipment performance. You will plan, schedule and execute six-year maintenance strategies and overhauls, partnering with the ACP and Production Manager to hit quality, safety and performance targets while controlling the area budget.

You will drive a shift from reactive maintenance to proactive reliability, organise improvement sessions using failure data, OEMs and line teams, and coach technicians

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing reliability tools and techniques.
• Ability to lead RCA sessions and measure countermeasure effectiveness.
• Strong planning and scheduling for major/minor overhauls.
• Proven budget management for Maintenance & Repair.
• Experience supporting investment projects and new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute six-year maintenance plans and overhauls to ensure target quality, safety and performance within budget.
• Move maintenance from check-ins to measure-and-compare against standards using data and line teams.
• Lead safety and quality compliance across site and contractors.
• Lead, coach and develop technicians to maximise performance.
• Manage spare parts warehouse, optimize stock levels and handle write-offs.
