Job summary

SoundHound AI is seeking a Release Operations Manager to orchestrate the end-to-end lifecycle of product installations and upgrades. You will act as the circuit-breaker between engineers, clients, and partners to ensure timely deliveries and smooth handoffs.

As part of the Release Management (Service Technology) team, you will design organizational trackers, drive continuous improvement, and align stakeholder communications, with emphasis on clarity and reliability across environments.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects in a fast-paced SaaS/AI environment.
• Understand CI/CD concepts and cloud infrastructure basics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end release lifecycle of product installations and upgrades.
• Track release success/failure rates and report to leadership.
• Design trackers for client-specific repos and configurations.
• Liaise between Release Management, R&D and external partners.
• Maintain up-to-date, customer-friendly Confluence documentation.
• Coordinate White Glove support schedules for long-duration installs.
