Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Release Manager to ensure high-quality, well-coordinated product releases for our care platform. You will work at the intersection of R&D and GTM, defining release readiness, coordinating beta programs, and driving customer-focused communication.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales and Marketing to embed quality gates, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver a consistent release experience for customers and carers alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in Release Management or similar role in SaaS/software.
• Strong ability to align multiple functions around shared release goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own release readiness criteria to ensure quality and customer experience.
• Manage beta and early adopter programs including onboarding and feedback synthesis.
• Coordinate GTM materials and ensure cross-functional readiness for major releases.
• Lead cross-functional release planning and governance across Product, Engineering, Implementation, CS, Sales and Marketing.
• Drive release communications and maintain real-time release documentation.
